We want you to shop with confidence at Mirroraquastore. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a go back if:
✔ The product is broken or defective.
✔ You received the wrong item.
✔ The product does not match the description.
Returns should be asked inside 7 days of delivery.
Items should be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like personal care products, innerwear, or customized goods) may not be eligible for return.
We will mention “non-returnable” clearly on such product pages.
3. Refund Process
Once your go back is obtained and inspected, we are able to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds can be processed on your unique price approach inside 7–10 commercial enterprise days.
In case of replacement requests, we will arrange a new product to be shipped once the return is confirmed.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason (like change of mind), the customer may need to cover the return shipping charges.
